We went to Phil's on Saturday after having put down a deposit on a used trailer so they would hold it for us. After Gavyn heard us discussing what the intended use would be, he was honest that that trailer would probably not be the best for our purpose. We looked at all of the nice trailers they have there. It was a pleasant visit. He was very professional with us and there was no problem whatsoever in receiving the deposit back. The best I could do for them for now is leave a good review, but should I need a new trailer in the future, I will sure check back to see what they have going on.

Outstanding Service and Quick Turnaround in a Pinch!
We had a critical situation when our trailer broke down and left our business in a serious bind. After calling around with little luck, we were connected with John Maxwell at Phil’s Trailers in Waco, TX, and from the moment we spoke with him, he was an absolute lifesaver.
John provided top-notch service, clear communication, and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Within just 48 hours of first contact, he had us completely squared away with exactly what we needed. This place is very busy and unfortunately the staff is overworked and overwhelmed, so be prepared to spend a few hours here. What I thought would take maybe 20 minutes took far too long. With that aside, Gavin is great and they have to have the largest selection of trailers within a 200 mile radius. The yard is packed and it's huge. So you will probably find what you're looking for.
My suggestion is to go on their website and find what you want, then write down the stock number and call (if you can get through to someone) and simply ask if they have it in stock. They're website is very good and is constantly updated so instead of calling to ask a bunch of dumb questions and taking up their time just look online.
Then, if they have it, just go there and tell them you want this stock number. They'll take you to go look at it.
They have multiple RTO options which is helpful if you have a business or have bad credit.
I got a good quality trailer for the best price I could find and I'm happy with it!
They just need to work on their processes as far as paperwork, customer service, the phones etc. unfortunately they're still doing business like it's 10 years ago printing out and scanning tons of paper and it just takes forever.
GUYS if you're reading this, get in touch with Adobe Sign and get them to go through your processes and make you 100% digital! You can do all this to where it'll send the customer paperwork ahead of time or even in person on a tablet so you can get through transactions faster.
